The Everhart not only examines the sciences and arts through exhibitions, but also presents a variety of cultural, scientific, and entertaining programs to the community. Our programs encourage everyone to explore the wonders of the world from mammoths and mosaics to mallards and masks. Additionally, whether you attend a lecture, workshop, or studio course, our classes are designed with all ages, interests, and abilities in mind. Recent programs have included afterschool poetry seminars, monthly family activities, senior wellness workshops, summer arts camps, and classes in topics ranging from puppetry to paper crafts to pointed-brush painting. In addition, we offer tours and content-focused activities to teachers and groups that are tailored to enrich student learning and meet Pennsylvania's educational standards. The Everhart Museum endeavors to remain one of the area's leading resources for educational and cultural opportunities, and by continuing to provide interesting and enriching programs to the public, we believe we will fulfill that mission.
